The Position
St. Andrew’s Episcopal School seeks an experienced and dedicated leader to serve as chief strategist, visionary, setting the tone, securing all necessary resources, and maintaining campus-wide accountability for institutional results and fidelity to the School’s mission, core values, and culture. A successful candidate will be an experienced leader who is an engaging champion of young students, a skilled communicator, an affirming presence, and a confident manager with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspiring educational leader who will wholeheartedly embrace the mission, core values, and the School culture as Head of School in July 2023.
