Effective leadership at a school begins with a successful head search and continues with a smooth transition from one head to the next. TEG’s Head Search Consultants and our Executive Coaches support both. And with both of them, the fundamental principle of leadership transition is the same: Transition is a “process,” not an “event.” The Education Group’s Head Search Consultants provide direction for an orderly and productive transition of leadership as part of the search process; the Executive Coaches provide it throughout a new head’s first year. Both The Education Group Head Search Consultants and our Executive Coaches are prepared to support a school throughout the “transition” process, and the firm offers a special rate for a school contracting for both search and executive coaching services.
