Kay Dougherty

Consultant, EXECUTIVE COACH 

Kay Dougherty retired in 2012, after completing forty-six years of teaching and service in public and independent (both boarding and day) schools. She is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College with a BA in mathematics and of the University of Virginia with a Master of Education degree. Her last three teaching and administrative positions have been at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA, where she taught mathematics and was the Assistant Director of Admission from 1983 to 1989; North Cross School in Roanoke, VA, where she taught mathematics from 1989 to 1993; and finally at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA, where for nineteen years she was the Associate Director of Admission. At both North Cross and at The Hill, her husband, David, was the Headmaster.
